FAQs

How fast will I get my results?

For Comprehensive Evaluations - most reports are completed within 1 month of the final session with the Trula clinician. Occasionally, this can take up to 2 months.

Will my school or a testing board accept this evaluation?

Trula uses clinically validated assessment instruments, and every evaluation is completed and signed by a licensed psychologist. Our reports are designed to provide the documentation commonly requested by college and university disability services offices. However, a diagnosis does not automatically qualify someone for accommodations, and acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Each school, licensing board, and standardized testing organization applies its own documentation requirements and review process. Some testing boards may require a more extensive comprehensive evaluation, specific assessment measures, or recent testing.

Will my insurance cover the cost of this evaluation?

Payment is upfront. You'll receive a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Each insurance provider is different and reimbursement rates vary significantly. We have designed our process to best align with possible insurance reimbursements, but it's not a guarantee.
