Trula Campus Partner Network

Terms of Participation

Effective July 13, 2026

ABOUT THE NETWORK

The Trula Campus Partner Network is a professional resource membership operated by Trula Inc. It is designed for faculty and staff at accredited institutions of higher education working in disability services, wellness, counseling, and student affairs roles. Network membership provides access to clinical resources, half-yearly office hours, preferred pricing for the member institution’s students who choose to use Trula’s services, and an annual de-identified utilization report.

NO INSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION

Participation in the Network creates no financial obligation, referral obligation, or contractual commitment for the institution or the participating staff member. Institutions do not pay for Network membership. Trula does not require or expect any specific number of student referrals.

NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OR EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP

Network membership does not constitute an institutional endorsement of Trula and does not grant Trula any exclusive status. Institutions and staff members remain free to refer students to any provider or resource at their sole discretion.

ADMISSION AND CONTINUED PARTICIPATION

Trula reviews applications and admits institutions and individuals at its discretion. Trula may modify Network benefits, decline continued participation, or discontinue the Network at any time on reasonable notice. Members may withdraw at any time by notifying Trula.

DOCUMENTATION AND ACCOMMODATION DECISIONS

Whether any Trula evaluation satisfies an institution’s documentation criteria for academic accommodations or any other purpose is determined solely by the institution. Trula makes no representation that any specific evaluation will meet any specific institution’s criteria.

RESOURCE LIBRARY USE

Network resources are provided for the internal, professional use of member institutions and their staff. Materials may not be redistributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes outside the member institution without Trula’s written permission.

STUDENT PRIVACY

Trula does not share individual student records with member institutions absent the student’s written authorization. Utilization reports use de-identified aggregate data and are provided only when institutional volume meets Trula’s privacy safe-harbor threshold.

NOT CLINICAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

Network resources, office hours discussions, and other materials are educational in nature and do not constitute clinical advice for individual students or legal advice for institutions. Members should apply independent professional judgment when acting on Network content
