What’s included in the Broadband Evaluation?
A pre-intake questionnaire, review of prior documentation, up to 22 validated assessments, a 30-minute diagnostic interview, and a diagnostic report with results, concerns, and accommodation recommendations.
Do students pay for the Broadband Evaluation?
Currently, our Broadband Evaluations require an institutional-level purchase. You decide on the quantity of evaluations you need (minimum of 5) and pay for those upfront. This allows us to provide these evaluations at a discount pricing (under $500). Some institutions, however, are passing on the cost to students by billing their campus account for any evaluations that are used.
Can institutions roll over unused evaluations?
Yes, with a long-term contract, unused evaluations can roll over to the next term.
Are Targeted Comprehensive Evaluations available to all students?
No—only students who complete a Broadband Evaluation and show targeted needs are eligible for a Targeted Comprehensive Evaluation.
Do students pay for the Targeted Comprehensive Evaluation?
Yes–we bill students directly for a Targeted Comprehensive Evaluation. We will provide them a superbill they can also submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. If an institution prefers, they can purchase Targeted Comprehensive Evaluations on behalf of a student through an institutional-level contract with preferred pricing.
