Trula's Campus Partner Network

A professional resource network for higher-education disability services, wellness, and student affairs teams — designed to make the path from “this student may need an evaluation” to “here’s a provider they can afford and trust” shorter, clearer, and free of institutional overhead.

No contract. No cost to your institution. No referral obligation.

What This Is

Disability and wellness offices are usually the first place students turn when something isn’t working academically. But the pathway from a student’s first conversation to a completed neuropsychological evaluation is often the hardest part...wait times, cost, unclear provider quality, and documentation that may or may not meet institutional criteria.

The Trula Campus Partner Network exists to make that pathway easier. Network members get direct access to Trula’s clinical resources, preferred pricing for their students, and a working relationship with our neuropsychology team , without a contract, without institutional cost, and without procurement overhead.

Membership is free, at the professional-staff level, and admission-based. We review applications individually and admit accredited institutions with staff in relevant roles.

What You Get

  • Preferred pricing for your students
Students of partner institutions receive $450 Broadband Evaluations and $3,050 Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations, substantially below our standard rates. Whether a Trula evaluation is appropriate for a student’s specific needs, including documentation for accommodations, is always your institution’s determination.

  • Access to our clinical resource library
Desk references, decision guides, clinical primers on ADHD, ASD, and learning differences, sample workflows, and case studies — practical materials built for disability office and student affairs professionals. New resources added on an ongoing basis.

  • Half-yearly office hours
Twice a year, network members can join a small-group session with a Trula neuropsychologist to bring general clinical questions, discuss trends you’re seeing on your campus, or ask about our evaluation methodology.

  • Annual utilization report
Once a year, we provide a de-identified summary of how students from your campus have used Trula’s services; including, service volume, service mix, and aggregate outcomes. Reports are provided when institutional volume meets our privacy safe-harbor threshold.

  • Priority scheduling and warm handoff
Students who identify their institution during intake are prioritized on our scheduling calendar. Our intake coordinator can confirm receipt of a student referral back to the designated campus contact, so no student falls through the cracks.

Who This Is For

The Campus Partner Network is designed for professional staff at accredited institutions of higher education. Common member roles include:

  • Disability Services and Accessibility Services

  • Counseling and Psychological Services

  • Student Wellness and Health Promotion

  • Student Affairs and Dean of Students offices

  • Academic Advising and Success Coaching

  • TRIO, Educational Talent Search, and other student support programs

Individual staff members join in their professional capacity. Institutional membership is established by the first admitted staff member from that institution, and additional colleagues can join under the same institutional partnership.

FAQs

Is this a contract?

No. The Campus Partner Network is a professional resource membership, not a contractual arrangement. There is nothing to sign, no institutional financial commitment, and no obligation to refer students.

Does my institution need to approve this?

Institutional-level approval is not required. Individual professionals join in their professional capacity, and your institution incurs no financial or legal exposure. That said, we recommend letting your director know you’ve joined so your team can benefit collectively from the resources.

Does joining mean we're required to refer students to Trula?

No. Referrals are always at your discretion. Trula is one option among many, and network membership does not create exclusivity or any referral obligation. Members refer students when Trula is the right fit; other times, other providers or resources are the right answer.

Will a Trula evaluation meet our accommodation documentation criteria?

That’s always your institution’s determination. Different disability offices apply different documentation standards, and Trula makes no representation that any specific evaluation will satisfy your criteria. Our resource library includes materials on documentation adequacy to help your team assess.

What about student privacy?

Student evaluations are between Trula and the student. We do not share individual student records with the institution absent the student’s written authorization. Annual utilization reports use de-identified aggregate data and privacy safe-harbor thresholds.

Can we leave the network?

Anytime. Either party can end participation at any time, for any reason, by notifying the other. There is no term commitment.

Is there a limit on how many staff from my institution can join?

No. We encourage multiple staff members from the same institution to join — the resources are useful across disability, counseling, and student affairs functions, and it strengthens the collective referral pathway on your campus.
